About Mani Sandher

Executive facilitation, communication, and AI-augmented judgment.

AIchemy brings Mani's work with senior leaders into a practical process for leadership teams navigating the AI transition.

Creator

Helping leaders create clarity of thought, communication, and action.

Mani Sandher helps senior leaders and executive teams create clarity of thought, clarity of communication, and clarity of action in complex situations.

For more than two decades, he has worked as a facilitator, coach, educator, and consultant with senior executives around the world. His background combines scientific training, consulting discipline, executive communication, group facilitation, and practical work with AI as a thinking partner.

AIchemy is Mani's response to a moment when AI is not simply changing tools. It is changing how leaders inquire, frame problems, make decisions, communicate, and take responsibility.

Relevant experience

A broad base for serious executive work with AI

Scientific Discipline

Mani holds a PhD in Experimental Physics, bringing a disciplined relationship with evidence, uncertainty, and first-principles thinking.

Consulting Experience

His earlier work includes consulting roles at Accenture and Kearney, with a practical understanding of organisations, strategy, and change.

Executive Development

He has spent over 20 years in executive communication, facilitation, coaching, and education, including as Visiting Professor at IEDC School of Management, Bled.

AIchemy brings this background into a single practical process: helping leadership teams use AI to think more clearly, hold complexity more honestly, and return with judgment they can act on.

The process is not generic AI training or technical implementation. It is a facilitated space for leaders to work with the questions AI now raises for strategy, people, risk, communication, capability, and responsibility.

The work

AI as catalyst, mirror, and challenger. Human judgment at the centre.
